Dr. Nancy Wiley is a clinical orthodontist with over 30 years of experience helping children build healthy, confident smiles.
Her work became deeply personal after raising her special needs daughter, where she discovered that children thrive when they feel supported, encouraged, and inspired. That’s what led to the creation of The Tooth Fairy and Me - a magical, personalized experience designed to help children feel excited, capable, and proud of taking care of their teeth.
Dr. Wiley’s background reflects both deep expertise and a lifelong commitment to learning. She earned her B.A. in Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, followed by a Master’s degree in Nutrition. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery and Certificate in Orthodontics at Columbia University.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and holds a Qualified Orofacial Myology Certification. Her research work spans institutions including UMBC, Columbia University, and Johns Hopkins Medical School, with multiple scientific publications to her name.
After completing her education, Dr. Wiley moved to South Florida, where she spent more than three decades in private practice caring for families and helping children build healthy, confident smiles.
