At The Tooth Fairy and Me, we truly want your family to have a magical experience with our products. If something isn’t right, please reach out - we’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right.

Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note: Due to the personal nature of our toothbrush kits, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with something in the toothbrush kit, please contact us so we can make it right. Please send a photo of the issue along with your request, so we can expedite your request.

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the digital nature of our educational video series, which contains proprietary educational content, and are custom made to say your child’s name, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

That said, your experience matters to us. If you are having trouble accessing your purchase, experiencing technical issues, or feel something is not working as expected, please contact us at [email protected]. We are committed to helping you and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
